The first stage is the knitting , which can occur in different ways:
- knitting needles;
- hand machines (thickness 3/5/7/12);
- electronic machines (thickness 3/5/7/12/14);
- cotton (21 gg/ 24 gg/ 27 gg);

The next stage is the control of knitted sheets. The control is made over bright tables. In this stage the fabrics are submitted to a further selection and sheets with anomalies are rejected..

KNITTING BY HAND                                                                                                                                       

Sewing (and riammaglio), the next stage, is a technique of manifacture based on the skill and experience of absolutely unexcelled seamstresses , who can’t be surpassed bu technology. With this stage starts the real composition of an item.
Washing and folling are two delicate processes because in this stage only the careful work of expert chemists with a long experience in cashmere field allows to obtain the sensation of softeness to the touch typical of the best cashmere.

SEWING                                                                                                                            

The next stage is checking the item with the bright doll. This checking is made after the washing to verify if during the washing some anomalies appeared in the fabrics. Afterwards the item is measured and pressed with steam using nevertheless a hand technique. Then, with a steam iron, the item is spruced up to give it the right look.
Our product is then ready and, after being labelled and carefully checked, is bagged only is our operators consider it suitable.
